  • Spam, overload, or hack the platform
  • Share sensitive financial or health data unnecessarily
  • Resell or misrepresent AI Works assistants

1. Be Respectful

Use AI Works for positive, helpful purposes. Don’t use our assistants to create harmful, offensive, or abusive content. Treat AI Works like you would a team member - with respect.

2. Use Responsibly

AI Works guides and supports you, but doesn’t replace your judgement. We don’t give legal, medical, or financial advice. Always confirm important decisions with a professional. Don’t spam, overload, or misuse the assistants.

3. Protect Your Information

Keep your login details private. Avoid sharing sensitive financial or health data unless necessary. We keep your data safe and follow POPIA/GDPR rules for privacy.

4. Fair Use & Limits

Some plans may have usage limits to keep things fair. Automated scraping, spam, or abuse may result in account suspension.

5. Ownership & Credit

Everything you create with AI Works is yours. The technology and assistants remain property of AI Works. Please don’t resell or repackage our assistants without permission.

6. Staying Safe Online

Always double-check outputs before relying on them. Don’t use AI Works to mislead, cheat, or break the law. Keep it ethical: AI is a partner, not a shortcut.
